Winrar is so easy to handle.
U must only download the program
(u can find it on this forum!)
put all downloaded files in the same folder,
unzip with winrar and dobble click the strange looking file.
That´s all!
Excuse my bad english,
but i hope, i could explain ... Good luck!

All you do is download all the files, unzip only 1 of them and the actual vid file will come out. You have to of corse have the winrar program to unzip them.
