If you still are confused it is a euphamism for oral sex performed on a woman.

That got past the CA DMV censors. That's funny!

I'm pretty sure they don't mean it as something else, and if they do, I feel sorry for them.

I have seen two different license plates (from different states) that said:
OU-812 (Oh, you ate one too!).

When my daughter first started driving (at age 16) I wanted to buy her a vanity plate, but my wife wouldn't let me. The plate:

We go out driving just to look for plates and make up meanings for the ones that are non personalized - NHL = National Hockey League., etc. Of course, we have no lives, but thats a different story 😀
