I think images like this express deep inner archetypal fantasies....this might even be feelings of eros consuming her....and ok, maybe even tickling her...images like this can be hot on a very functional base level....there is a dark side to our sexual proclivities and this may be touching on it...causing consternation in some and arousal in others....all sort of things get conjured up....
