Is it a remake or a sequel? I played the send up game, Deadly Premonition, but haven't seen the original show.
 
From what I understand, it will take place in present day (25 years ahead of where the show left off).
 
I have many fond memories of watching Twin Peaks in the early 90s. It was one of a very small number of TV shows, in my life, that I've ever deliberately set aside time for!
