pulease don't come running up behind a walker, panting and gasping in her ear, and then passing her as closely as you can....the damn walking path is wide enough for ten to walk..gesh i either thought he was going to drop dead on me, or molest me...the way he was breathing yikes...i usually walk on the treadmill, but today was soo nice i walked my four miles outside..three and a half ok lol..and added to my tan besides...
