Never. No matter how angry you get, it's NEVER going to change. I know it's annoying, but just relax. At least the poster put "got to know" in the subject. If somebody puts a question mark or something in the subject line, you know it isn't a report, so you don't have to click. it's when they put a name with no indication it's a question that gets me mad.

But really, no matter how angry you get, it's never going to change, so just let it go. life is too short to be stressed out over something this minor.
