....Brian Clough died yesterday.He was probably the most famous football club manager of all time and certainly the most sucessfull. He won the English title with two different clubs and the European title twice. For a long time he seemed to own the league cup and won promotion to the top flight with two different clubs as well.

He has a special place in my heart as he used to manage my home town club Derby County. He won the English title for us and took us to the semifinals of the European cup. I am proud to say, "I was there".

I dont envy God having to listen to Old Big head prattling on about how great he was!
 
Was a true legend of the game, should have been England manager. Will be sorely missed.
