That is great exercise advice, I love the idea that they're pitching this as a workout strategy.
It comes across almost like an AI video, but the upload was too long ago for that. Looking at the rest of that channel's output, I'm guessing that there's no longer video that this is from. It seems like they were trying all kinds of short format videos in an attempt to get something to stick and create some momentum for them.
