From a 1971 movie, "La Calandria", with Lando Buzzanca (the ticklee) and Barbara Bouchet (the tickler).
The tickling is shown in a torture/evirate process... not everybody's cup of thea (eviration in implied, not shown). Funny ending. Cool tickling, male nudity but NOT genitals areas involved (that's a 1971 italian movie 🙂 ).
