Old Spy Story

Hello all, I'm looking for an old story that involved spy interrogation and feet tickling, I remember she eventually breaks and tells the information and it's revealed that the whole thing was a test. She gets told that she failed the test and can't be a spy anymore and she starts crying whyle still tied to a table. The story ends when a male spy who is in the room walks over to her while she cries and begins tickling the bare bottoms of her feet again as she laughs and begs him to stop.
