Nice pic... not sure I've seen those ones - East Anglia has a few sets of stocks..

1) Museum of East Anglian Life - in open plan, outdoor public access all year round
2) A preserved set in Ufford, on outdoor public display, but positioned in such a way that they cannot really be used
3) A pub in Finningham had a tall set suitable for standing (ie. arms) only - not been there recently so no idea if still there.
4) There's a company in Kettering, slightly outside the area, who hire out a set
