Old story about therapist and tickled daughter

I´m searching for an old story i remember. the plot is a young lady going to her female therapist and telling her about a friend of hers which she overpowered and tickle tortured. the young lady feels guilty to treat her friend so bad and wants to apologize or something like that. throughout the story the therapist figures out that the tickled girl is none other than her own daughter, so she plots revenge.
