It's from FeetOnline. You can find their clips scattered across the internet. They used to have a C4S site at one time (not sure if it's still there). Most of these clips were bondage with tickling, but this picture is from a clip where two girls are each tickling the foot of the person (no bondage), and this one with one person tickling her feet.
