Does anyone have an old comic, it was either 2 or 3 pages, about a woman getting captured by the CIA or FBI or the like, and tickle tortured for information, then after recieving it they keep her as a tickle toy for punishment.
It was a little old, black and white, had around 3 pages, had a toonish style, exaggerated features.
