Old (tropical?) Tickling Video

perhaps anyone out there can help me to find an old tickling video;

it is not mainstream, but i think it could be some kind of tropical / braziilian video;

this is the setting:

an blond women with long hair is tied to an chair and each foot is tied to a bed;

the woman wears a black sweatshirt and long khaki trousers;

two ebony girls in bikinis tickle each foot with a purple feather;

any idea?
