old vid with a vampire

I'm looking for an old (between 1998 and 2000) vid but I don't know its title.
In this vid, we can see a vampire who tickle a pretty young lady tied on a table.
I wonder if this vid is a canadian one.
If someone knows the title of this vid it would be great.

That sounds like a vid I use to have name COUNT TICKULA. I think it was made by CAL PRODUCTIONS or somethink like that. They also made the TIED AND TICKLING series.
