Older FF/F Foot tickling clip

I had a clip from several years back that had a ticklee sitting on a couch with her ankles tied. There was a girl sitting next to her and one down on the floor tickling her feet. They talked through the entire video, something about a party. I remember them mentioning a guy that drove a bus during the conversation. I think it may have been an old FM concepts clip, but not sure. Is there anyone that can help me finding this clip?
