I remember a few years back, an older woman (short dark hair) received an absolute sadistic tickling, I'm pretty sure in was Portuguese or Brazilian, - I can't find it on Brazilian Tickling site (BTS)

The only other Brazilian producer I am aware of is Tropical Foot and Tickling Clips, C4S store 1157; look for "Marcia's Foot Tickling Torture"; this is the only clip they did with this model, and she is the only one that could be desribed as "older", although she is probably only in her 30s; she fits your description of the model.
