Hmmm, i personally have used baby oil over some victims and really i haven't noticed that that increase her sensivity. I've listened that to use heat (hair dryer) increase feet sensivity, but i haven't tried it yet.

I find that baby oil works very well, and if you massage it into the foot before tickling it makes it even better. Softer and more sensitive. You will find that the person being tickled with such care will be in lets say,"7th Heaven". Good luck with your quest.

My pleasure, friend 😀. Well i've tickled a lot of women here in my country (between 230 and 250), believe me, exist people not ticklish at all, i've tickled several women, not ticklish over all body, no reaction. Besides, i've noticed than those women really ticklish has normal arch, i mean natural arch instead of flat or almost flat feet or artificial arch (using orthopedic shoes). I've got best results using, toothpicks, electric toothbrush (without cap), feathers and forks, putting the victim feet up, back over floor using a chair (more blood fill her brain, more sensitivity !! 😀).

You too are a gentleman, like almost all italians (i have excellent friends from italia, my best friend is from there). Well, about of how to convince to the "victims", that depends in each woman, some are more open into tickling, others not, others would feel attacked if you'd try to do that, so be careful. I've got several tickled using reflexology, i'm not an expert in that nor medical doctor, but i've investigated that theme (reflexology), so i've begun massaging them and after, seeing that them enjoy that i've asked "are you ticklish ?", then i've tickled them, again you must watch her behavior, thus you'll know if them are willing to that or not. I've tickled others women just kidding, playful tickling.
