On the subject of tickle torture

There's been lotsa debate on this forum about whether or not tickling has ever been used as an actual torture. My feeling is it must have been, but I won't go into that again. Anyway, I've got way too much time on my hands tonight so I started searching the web and came up with these links:

Which prove that tickling (among other things) is STILL being used in places where torture is common. And before people start getting all self righteous on me, I'm not advocating torture in any way shape or form, I'm just passing these along as facts.
