That sounds very interesting. I can see "tickling as punishment" in role-play even though in real life it might really be just for fun.

I would punish you by tying you to the bed spread-eagle, arms way up over your head, and your ankles cuffed and the cuffs tied to the two opposite posts at the foot of the bed.

You would be totally defenseless.
