IMVU from what I've noticed isn't as realistic as Second Life.

well imvu is like msn messenger but with more action in it i think , u get avatars u create to ure likings and buy new stuff and u can chat arround or go into rooms where there are like furniture that make ure avatar do certain poses or things , like there is one dungeon it it with 1 tickle stock tickling one foot , a rack where u only can stand next to it etc etc , not mutch tickle devices in it but u can rp in it a lot better ^^
SL , dunno , found some tickle groups but haven't met a lot on there , either am at the wrong places or i haven't found em yet , but u got more control over it then imvu cous ure like walknig arround in a second world filles with odd stuff and things u normally woulden't see in a real life situation , like some bondage stocks that i think would be very uncofortable or actually should be made in real life
WoW : dunno where u heard it but so far as i know ( and i've been playing it from the start) i haven't found any tickle related stuff in it ( just meaby a discription from a loot ) or there is somewhere a server like a rp server where there is a tickle group with peeps that rp in the world with tickling.Then i would like to know : how da hell do u tickle a tauren??
