...This is almost too much for me. Final Four-wise I'm a VCU graduate, yessiree, and while I wasn't giving them exactly the best odds in the world, it is awesome that they're headed to Houston. Hell, VCU didn't even have a basketball team when I was there.
...And Boston, seemingly everyone's pre-season pick to win it all in MLB, used to be my home team. I still have a T-shirt I bought at Fenway Park,... I endured the decades of anguish leading up to 2004,... thought 2007 was gravy,... and when they picked up Gonzalez and Crawford, I knew there would be talk of a 100-win season.
... On top of everything,........ it's SPRING!
