OK, group therapy time. There may be some interesting stories out there about how your love of tickling came about. So let's hear them!
I can trace mine back to a foot fetish started in *gulp* Grade 2. My teacher, Miss M was a very beautiful brunette (of course, when you're 7, beauty is subjective). I had a huge 7 year olds crush on her - still do 3 decades+ later.
During story time, we would all sit on the floor while she sat in a chair and read to the class. She used to wear Dr. Scholls sandals like everyday and would take them off and rest her feet in some lucky kids lap.
Boy would we fight for that coveted position in front of the teacher's chair every day for the pleasure of rubbing her feet while she read! Usually worked out so two kids got a foot each.
One day, one of my classmates started tickling her feet. We actually had a conversation about it - while he was tickling her!! She said it tickled a lot and sometimes it was more difficult to take than others. I can still see her feet wriggling like crazy while he was sitting on the floor tickling them! *sigh*
Yes, I know what you're thinking and agree that she likely knew she was exciting more than our minds with her feet wriggling in our laps every day. Wrong? Yup. Odds are she'd be lucky JUST to be fired today. Of course things were different in the very late 60's...
But I wouldn't change that experience for anything. I'd bet big money that some of my old classmates are tickle fans as a result of Miss M - maybe even reading this post! *Lord* I loved that school.
Cheers!
