It looks like its French, and it involves Tickling, but it highly doubt that its FrenchTickling. It looks rather amateur, however with youtube being youtube, I imagine that it won't be around forever.

Video 1 (Chatouilles games): Her feet are so amazing, they just look sexy to me. I like how he pins them immobile and then tickles them.

Video 2 (chatouilles party): I allways loved gang-tickling and she looks quite helpless and ticklish 🙂.
