Overheard at the Port Authority Bus Terminal (41st Street and 8th Avenue in Manhattan) yesterday--young man addressing young woman:

"You don't love me no more? After five years of sucking your toes and making you happy you don't love me no more?"

She didn't give a verbal answer. She just smirked and shook her head sadly at him, indicating (I thought) that he was too dense to realize that yes, it was all over between them.
