Are the clips on papaka illegal?

As far as I know those clips only have kids. Now I don't mean just below 18, but real kids as in 3-9 years old. Those clips are not permitted.

Why is this thread here? We don't allow their videos (or anything like them) on this site and we very recently had this exact discussion in another thread. Thread closed...sorry guys. No point in rehashing the whole minors discussion...check out the other thread if you want to add something new.
