MTV has a show called Parental Control in which parents chose dates for their children to lure them away from their current boyfriend or girlfriend. While after their date the guy brought to girl to a park bench and they were talking he was about to take her home to her boyfriend and her parents he remember he won a bet for a kiss and she could chose the place where he could kiss her. So she chose to have him kiss her stomach, right above her bellybutton. 
He did and she pulled back giggling, I'm not sure if it really tickled or if she just really thought it was funny. Either way good scene.
