I saw it but was not sure if he tickled her foot, it all happened so quickly.

Yes! I believe it is a tickle.
It's very quick, but I think he's teasing her and
tickling her foot. She groans and starts to hit him
with the pillow. Good eye for catching that scene. I
think that's the quickest mainstream tickle in history. LOL!
