Y'know Parrots only repeat what they've heard, so apparently someone in that house has said "tickle, tickle" at least a few times in order for the bird to repeat it. I'll bet anything this young lady has an SO who tickles her lovely feet quite often. And judging by her reaction, those little lady feet are very ticklish
