Past the ticklee's threshhold

I was wondering :

Ticklers : Have you tickled your lee beyond their limits, ignored their safe word, or done something similar? If so, how many times?

Ticklees : Have you been in a situation where you were tickled beyond your limits, and the tickler ignored your safeword? If so, what happened, or how was it?

I was ler'ing someone once, and we played together all the time and had never really had the need for a safeword so we didn't have one picked out. I guess it must have been one of the first intense sessions we had with me as the ler, because he started saying, "I need a safeword! I need a safeword!" so instead of just taking that as the safeword and stopping, I kind of teased him and said, "Well then you better come up with one quick." and we kind of went back and forth until he picked a safeword I liked LOL (about 15 seconds). Good times...LOL

Interestingly enough, I never compared the two experiences, but the one time that I safeworded was actually with the same person and under similar circumstances. The only difference was he picked a safeword in the moment instead of making me pick it.

So I guess neither of us were really pushed passed our threshold in those scenarios. But I do remember those few seconds between deciding I needed to safeword and not being able to (because I didn't have one yet) were intense and panicky. I knew he knew I wanted to safeword, but he wasn't stopping anyway. Even though it was very short, I think about what it would be like if the tickling had continued for a while, and I think it would have been pretty amazing. Want.
