Pathetic Football? See NY Giants

A team that couldn't beat themselves.
A team that is NEVER going to win a championship with a brainless coach running the team.
A team that will never win a championship with owners who couldn't by a bag of chips let alone a decent squad on the field.
A team that continously shows how defeat can be snatched out of the clutches of victory.
A team that hasn't shown up for a game yet this year and has left games over the course of the past few seasons long before the clock ran out.
A team that just plain sucks.
A team that is seen smiling on the sidelines while getting blown out! Mainly cause they are getting paid the big bucks whether they win or loose or take assinine penalties, drop passes, throw interseptions, fumble and allow other teams to run right over them as if they are standing still.

This is the NY Giants.

The Eagles and Giants are equal talent wise...but the Eagles totally dominated that game on both sides of the ball.

Problem is that they have made more turnovers than a bakery this year. It's just mindbogling watching them.

It's mind-boggling that a team with so much raw talent can be so damned bad on the field. There are Pro-Bowl caliber players at most of the key positions. Same with the Vikings. How can you start 6-0 and drop 4 straight, especially to the Chargers and Raiders?!?!?

Looks like I gotta hang my hopes in the NFC on my beloved Seahawks, who've finally showed that they can put someone away early.

In all fairness, today they were playing with a skeleton crew. Shockey is out 6 weeks, Marcellus Rivers, the second string TE was out, their TE threat was a guy they activated off the practice squad.

Another glaring problem was that the OL started the season with three rookies who never played together. Then, Shubert got hurt so they had to start another rookie. That is four rookies. That is sooo critical that offensive linemen know each other and are on the same page. It's more important they function as ONE UNIT rather that five individuals. As a result Fassel was calling alot of conservative plays to protect Collins. Personally, I'd like to see a couple of play actions during the games to keep defenses honest. This is the NFL, man.
