They looked great, embarrassing a solid steelers team after a fluke loss to the browns last week. i think the Pats are leading the pack in the AFC right now. :doublethrust:

I think that right now, you have to give the edge to the Jets in the AFC. And I say that as a Pats fan. It's close, very close, but I think besides the coach and the QB, the Jets have a better team.

I was one of the few people who picked the Pats to win that game outright.

I also picked the Broncos over the Chiefs yesterday which very few people predicted.

Barely. i cant wait for the Jets/Pats rematch. :paddle:

You are 100% correct. We barely won. But you DIDN'T win. Plus we beat you, so until you beat the Jets, you are second best in the division. It is just that simple. We own the tie breaker on the Patriots. Heck, we haven't even lost in the division. In fact, we are the best in the Conference right now. So there you go maniac. I don't think HIGHLY of the Jets, but right now, we are better than you.

If both keep winning that's going to be a huge Monday night game 12/6

Yep. thats when we will find out whos really better. i think the jets definately have a better defense, but they dont come close to the Pats offense. it will be a classic battle! :drunktype:

That Browns loss wasn't a fluke buddy!

And if we didn't screw up third quarter and Stuckey (former Jets player) didn't drop the friggin' ball in OT, that outcome would've been different too. But at least we made them earn their win....unlike the Pats who we owned all four quarters. Even Braylon Edwards had to give us props for the levels we've improved so just because a bunch of folks lost their bets two Sundays ago, don't call that a fluke! Your team's the one lucky enough to have beaten the Steelers, not the other way around.

The NFL is quickly learning that the Browns are no longer their "ace in the hole easy win" team. You're going to have to show them respect and the Steelers and Ravens will find out when we meet them again! Can't predict us winning, but I guarantee you we'll play the hell outta' them and make a game out of it!

Hey, someone needs to ask Brady is he feeling better after Shawn Rogers landed on him like the Hindenburg!!

Did you beat the Browns? We did! :dancingbanana:

Yeah, barely and in OT-and with our rookie quarterback and young offensive line. I'm kinda' thinking the Jets weren't counting on working that hard or getting that lucky. But a wins' a win so congratulations; it felt good for Braylon to give us props instead of the bashing he's been giving since we gave him the boot and traded him to your team. Now if he can stay out of bar fights.........well I digress.

Oh, you can have Stuckey back whenever you want him. And you can take Eric Wright along with him too!

Go Browns!!

I think the only real thing to do since you both seem so strongly your Pats or your Jets are better is a tickle contest loser gets tickled for 10 minutes a point and to be fair both games are added together for totals so none of we beat you better the first game and vise versa and I'll tickle Kis123 cause she beat one of you lost to one of you lol.

Oh Kis, I am not being critical to your team. If you listen to TMF radio sports, I have been a big fan of the Browns. I have been defending the Browns all year long. Do believe? Listen to the shows or ask Robace. I think the Browns are set up well to be a good team for the next several years.

My point was knocking the Pats. Maniac claimed his team was better yet his team lost to the Jets and lost to a common opponent which is the Browns. I never meant to discredit the Browns. Good team and has a really bright future. I enjoy watching them play on the Sunday Ticket Package.

I have no problem with what you said....you spoke the truth.....the gut wrenching, heart breaking, painful truth. Your team beat us fair and square, but everyone who watched that game admitted it was one helluva ride all five quarters. At 3-6 there's little to no chance of the playoffs unless something really bad happens to the Ravens and Steelers, but they're not playing like a 3-6 team. They look pretty good considering the circumstances and I think Mangini just might end up being the next Belechick (without the cheating that is). We just have to take Stuckey and Wright to the woodshed and get them straightened out before next Sunday to play the Jaguars. That one's gonna' be a good one.

Maniac just needs something to brag about, I have no interest in the Pats at all. This was one game I actually wish the Steelers would've won--that would've knocked the wind right outta' them if they lost to them too.

Wait a minute!!

How did I get thrown into this?

Doesn't sound like I get a good deal.......how about if I switch it up for ya'?? Haven't gotten my "ler" on in quite awhile.........:3poke:

I would bet ya but Eagles don't play the Browns this year and I'm guessing you wouldn't bet your going to the Super Bowl so that's out LOL. I just like messing with ya I'll be honest I love to see a women have the passion and knowledge you have towards football.

Let me guess sucking up isn't going to get me anywhere :bouncybou

Kis, nothing against the Browns, they are certainly an improving team, but if they played again, the Pats would pummel them like youve never seen! :paddle:

Don't you believe it sweetie!

If we don't win another game this season, we were gonna' beat the Pats; Mangini has an ego the size of Lake Erie and he wasn't going to get embarrassed on home field. He sucked it up with the Jets, but he wasn't having it from the Patriots.

Hey, I heard they had to bring in some extra dirt to fill in the hole Shawn Rogers made with Tom Brady when he slammed him. 350lbs coming at you top speed; bet Brady saw his life flashing before him! Priceless stuff!!:mwahaha:

I have yet to figure out why our schedule has been so tough this year considering how badly they did last year. But we're making lemonade out of those lemons, that's for sure.

Why thank you........I think.:bubbly:

Nope.....it isn't!:tickling:

Kis, the Pats also have one of the toughest schedules in the NFL. i hear ya!

They're the dynasty team right??

They're supposed to have a tough schedule. The Browns were 5-11 last year and they've been throwing some of the best in the league at us.

I will say this; 4 of those six losses would've been wins if they just play all four quarters. They finally figured out stacking up halftime leads then sitting back the second half is not the way to go.

A lot of season left-we'll see where it leads.

With the parody unless your in the NFC west you have a tough schedule. I watched most of that game this week and was somewhat impressed with the Browns. Being a Buddy Ryan fan when he cocahed here it was fun to watch his 2 sons battle it out.

I'm jealous I miss all the Buddy sound bits he always told you what he was thinking.

The schedule is devised so that all the teams in a particular division have a similar schedule. The Browns have two of the better teams in the league (Baltimore and Pittsburgh) in their division. And they play one other AFC division and a NFC division. The Browns finished last in the AFC North last year so they played the teams who finished last in the other AFC divisions too.

I don't know which AFC division the Browns play this season, but all of the divisions in that conference are strong. There's nothing easy about playing in the NFL...unless you play in the NFC West.

I guess I wouldn't expect an easy schedule per se, but maybe not as tough of the one they have this year, especially with their last year's record. But the only reason they're not 6-3 is their own fault because you have to play all four quarters if you expect to win.

Pats with another huge win! setting up the big rematch next week against the Jets. sorry about your Browns Kis.

The Patriots juggernaut rolls on, and the jets limping behind them with another win. jets look completely unimpressive offensively, and a little sloppy overall. they surely arent superbowl bound with sanchez at QB. hes a loose cannon. im looking forward to that monday night match up!
