Maybe buy an American Express gift card online. You will be identified by American Express when you buy it. But when you use the gift card to buy fetish items online, the sellers only know it was the recipient of a gift card who bought them, and they don't know you gave the gift card to yourself.

Trouble is, lots of places don't take American Express (check the site you want to buy stuff from first to see if they will). CCBill won't take Visa, but they don't tell you this until you're 3/4 of the way thru the transaction. Finally, make sure the gift card you buy can be used outside of the USA if paying money to a foreign-based site like Fetlife (based in Canada).
