Kunzite,
I sympathize with that concern when I write, too. Rationally, it helps to recognize that almost no stories on an adult forum are criticized for being too weird, too perverted, or too far-out. If the content of a story (or a sketch, or a clip) gets too far from the direct interest of us as readers, then we tend to enjoy the habit of quietly moving on to search for something else.
My advice is not to worry at all-- even a little-- about turning people off. Even if you think something will evoke a "what the hell" reaction in even the majority of people, you should write it anyway. Those who do share your feelings will love it, and I think that's much more important than pleasing a general audience mildly.
I've noticed how much more enjoyment I've taken in stories by people who write what they're passionate about, than disgust at content that I don't like. I'm pretty sure I've been newly intrigued by fetishes or aspects of fetishes that I hadn't considered before, because of unabashedly honest writing about them.
We're lucky to have such a positive environment in which to share it all.
