All stuffed toys in stores all over the world have already been outfitted with the P.A.D.E. shield. If yours don't have it, just go to your nearest toy stall and tell the guy at the counter to upgrade your toy! If he stares at you blankly, it means he/she's unwilling to do it for you and it is mandatory that you tickle them into doing it!

I dont think Bear needs one. I forgot to tell you about his super hero alter-ego "CowBear The Magnificent.
This is basically Bear with a little cape I made for him with a hair scrunchie on his head like a hat.
