Perfect World

I was watching “Total Divas” on E! Last Sunday, and Nicole [Nikki] said something that made me start to think.

I thought I would post the question to you, and get your feedback.

What is you idea of a perfect world?

As for me, I would have to say, for my number one thing: everybody would be in simi-perfect health.

I say simi because if every one was in perfect health, their would be no need for doctors, and thereby a lot of people would be without jobs.

Perfection is unattainable and unknowable by humanity. It doesn't even exist in the natural order of our planet (which is by itself pretty damn chaotic and disorderly). I say stop hoping for a perfect world and instead start trying to make the world at least 1% more fair to people who are suffering.

One where there is no species capable of what we are. As grateful as I am for humanities position in the world, I realize that it's really only a short term benefit to us (with respect to the infinite expanse of existence of course).

The Dodgers go 162-0 every season, and then win every post-season game to win the World Series every year.

We may never have a "perfect" world, but we can certainly have a HELL of a lot better one than we have now, and the only thing stopping it is human evil, short-sightedness,
corruption, people with agendas, abject stupidity, etc. :

-The national debt is paid off (entirely possible, but entirely impossible with our current politicians, who would have to be removed from office to get it done) and a surplus

-People minding their own damn business and letting people live their lives - GOD FUCKING DAMMIT THAT WOULD SOLVE SO MANY PROBLEMS!
-That guy's gay or Christian or Atheist or a Transvestite or Likes Tickling or is Eating sugar or Eating meat or Engaging in a dangerous sport that'll only hurt themselves?
FUCKING LET THEM.

-Politicians really having the people's best interests at heart, and not themselves, their party line, their rich benefactors, special interests, etc.

-Science getting more resources and advancing our exploration of the universe - we need to develop probes that can surpass light speed so we can explore all the shit
we're discovering these last few years! Planets that are so mind bogglingly amazing, yet that we can barely study, planets around pulsars, planets made of diamond, a
planet totally black, the possibility of life on other planet - all beyond our reach.

-And of course, all women wearing nylons and LOVING them!! And all people loving tickling, how could it get better?

I think the show "South Park" said it best on the time traveling episode, "Their are too many "ists" in the world"
