As for my friends still home on the main line...of the few female friends I have left in the area, I don't know if any are into tickling...never discussed it...never asked...I've always kept most of my sexual interests to myself back home...being bisexual was difficult enough, let alone having a fetish on top of it that wasn't mainstream...but if I hear of anything...I'll let you know!!! 😛

Another oddity [quirk if you're brit] about italian: while "swear" in english has a lot of meanings [swear by something, swear on something, swear at something...] in italian we have different specialized words for each meaning.

For instance, Swear on the bible, is "giurare", while swearing or cursing is "bestemmiare".

I sense this post lacked any sense and purpose.
But I don't really care since I am not any more sensible than your average stick.

Does Italian (or any language) have as many words that mean different things? Like 'swear' for instance?
I've heard that's part of what makes English such a difficult language to learn. Sentences like
"he deserted me in the desert"

Sure. Misnomers, similar words... we all got them.
Just, English is especially famous at that - or else the Marx brothers would have spoken german... 😀

Learning a foreign language is more a matter of picking up the meaningful sentences and idiomatic phrases - than just learning the right declension or passive form.

But I don't really know: I have a smattering of this and that... but only enough to find the restroom or my bearings. Not much more. 😀
