So the network that airs this (I assume) uploaded the entire episode to Dailymotion:

The segment really starts at around 1:32:40 and has more feet closeups and you can even see the hostess doing a little tickling with her fingers and the feathers on her dress.

Edit: There are three rounds of this in this episode! The second round didn't have any tickling except one half-assed effort with no reaction. At 2:14:24 Feet #3 seem to have a very ticklish reaction. #2 and #5 in round three btw end up being male feet. Not my thing, but if yours, enjoy! lol
