I've recently read a small article or two, about women's feet secreting sexual pheromones. Even for a "non-fetishist", it could possibly arouse them under the radar. Has anyone heard of such a thing? Any information?

It appears that the sweat glands that do produce pheromones are the type found in the armpits, groin, and aureoles, not the more common sweat glands found all over the body.
