Phil Jackson To Return To Coach Lakers in 2010-2011 Season

I dont know if my good friend primetime the Lakers fan heard this, but, I just read that a few hours ago, the Lakers announced that Phil Jackson will return to coach the Lakers, for, supposedly, one final season, in the 2010-2011 season, after receiving a clean bill of health. As NBA fans know, if the Lakers win the NBA title next season, it would be the fourth "Three peat" of Jackson's long and storied career.

Ah yes!!!! Phil is back. Our chances of 3-peating have increased. But, like all his other 3-peats, they don't come easy. At least we know we have a solid chance. Now, all we have to do is sign Derek Fisher and we are going to have a real solid chance. But we also need to get a bench.... I hope any free agents wanting to come to LA, expect to be paid minimum salaries....

If I were Phil I would break out all the stops and go for 73-9, not saying it'd be easy but he should go for it

LA signed Steve Blake today. He should be good upgrade over either PG they had last year.

Fish should just retire, he couldn't guard anyone last year. Or, if he's really comitted to coming back then he should take a limited role off the bench to support Blake.

That would be win-win.
