Are they National League Champions??? So that means that they are in the World Series??? They are NL East division Champions!!! The Rockies get a crack at beating you. So you are not NL Champions. But you are still the only team in Major League history to lose 10,000 games and that fact can't be changed!!! Going to bury a team that has won more World Series Titles than you in about 75 less years than your history at least get the story right!!!

No big deal cept I can enjoy seeing that arrogant gutless team cry in their beer...especially Billy Wagner who loves to throw his teams under the bus after losing. And I love the fact that they will go down in history as the team that had the biggest collapse in major league baseball...LOL!

I agree with you totally. New York Mets fans are some of the biggest cry babies in sports. You'd think they would be used to losing by now. Everyone was ready to hand them the trophy last year and they *cough* choked. Everyone was ready to hand them the trophy this year and they *cough* choked. But I'm sure they will try and feed us a hundred reasons why they SHOULD have won.. or a hundred reasons why they COULD have won.

Give it up. The Mets are L-O-S-E-R-S.

I don't give a crap about how many series they've won or when they won them. Bottom line is you are only as good as your last game. Quit living in the past and wake up in the present. The Mets have played their last game until 2008 and that's so far away you need to buy a new calendar to see it.

One Championship in 150 years of operation and 10,000 losses ( something no other team in baseball history has done ) probably knows a thing or two about crying in their beer. Besides Phillies fans aren't real fans anyway. They boo Pat Burrell, Mike Schmidt, Steve Carlton and Santa Claus...do we need to give more examples. So just go back from whatever rock you came out of because we all know the Phillies will lose again. By the way, Joe Carter of the Toronto Blue Jays gives his regards. 😀
