You can upload them to the TMF, if they are below a certain size (I don't recall offhand what that size is), or you can upload them to an external host like Imageshack and then post a link here. I'll lay out the TMF upload method:
--Start a new thread or reply to an existing one, whatever you intend to do. Wait until the "Reply to Topic/Post New Thread" page completely loads.
--Look beneath the box where you type your post, in the box labled "Additional Options."
--See "Attach Files?" This is where you'll go. Click where it says "Manage Attachments." A window should pop up. If it does not, you may need to disable any popup blockers you may be using.
--Once the new window is open, go to the first "Browse" button and click it. Another wee window will pop up.
--In this window, navigate to where you saved your picture. Select it and click "Open." That window should close and text should appear in the white box next to the "Browse" button you just clicked. Look for the "Upload" button.
--Click the "Upload" button and wait. When the file is uploaded, you should see it present below the "Browse" buttons.
--Close the mini-window and go back to typing your new thread/post. The image will be there when you post it.
