I'm looking to spruce up my threads:add a picture to my profile,create some Pics,etc,etc!!!I want to know which is better😛hotoshop or Photoscope?Or is there something better or less expensive that I can use!Since I can trust you here on TT,I need the advice of good friends to help me here!Thank you!!!

P.S. Do I need any addition equipment?And does it matter if I use a laptop or not?
