If I consider only my best tickling experiences to date, it's about 59% sensation, 81% laughter (and that adds up to 100%, because they are orthogonal). I really enjoy laughter (especially silent laughter) and that helplessness that comes with it.
On average, however, I get about 94% of my enjoyment from sensation, and 34% from laughter. That's because tickling rarely makes me laugh as hard as I would like.
