In what places has public tickling taken place that we know of.

Canelli Italy, in stocks. Mostly feet but also a little upper body.

Medieval Festival in France. Also in stocks and mostly feet.

Autumn Festivalg in the USA. The big swing. Where the guys who attach people to the swing tickle the girls' feet.

Halloween at Burg Frankenstein in Germany. In my opinion the best. Both stretching bench, torture cellar and much more. The monsters really go for it there.
