The clip is on http://www.clips4sale.com/studio/2676/ and is called "Ticklish Manager", if you search "Elen" it will come up. There are a couple more of her on Czech tickled feet http://www.clips4sale.com/store/16029, again if you search "Elen". The first clip is probably one of my favourites.
