As some of you know, very soon I will be producing some tickling vids for the community and wanted to have my ass covered, legally.
I have written a rough draft of a disclaimer/contract and would like to to voice your opinions on it. Either good or bad.

I <Model's Real Name> hereby and formally give consent and the rights to use my name and likeness in the video <Video's Name>, which I understand it was be sold publically. I also provide the unconditional rights to use any still image from said video, to promote and market said video. I understand, that as the model, I am paid for my time and services, and seek no further compensation or payment, other than what was discussed and agreed upon, beforehand. I am aware this is a legally binding contract between myself, and Twin Feather Productions
1. I acknowledge this video is 'adult' in nature, and Twin Feather Productions has my unconditional permission to film me, in said video
2. I acknowledge and have provided verifiable proof, per Texas State Laws, that I am at least 18 yrs of age, on date of video production
3. I acknowledge that Twin Feather Productions has invited me to bring 1 <ONE> guest as a silent observer, to make sure my welfare and well-being are not placed in harm or jeopardy.
4. I acknowledge this is filming is for commercial reasons, and Twin Feather Productions hereby has my unconditional permission to market and advertise said video, in whatever method they desire
5. I acknowledge that I do freely give Twin Feather Productions the unconditional right to use any still images from said video to market said video and/or Twin Feather Productions web page
6. I acknowledge, that per the script, bondage and/or restraining devices may be employed. Twin Feather Productions has my unconditional permission to employ and use such devices, as was discussed during the negotiation process
7. I acknowledge, that per the script, partial and/or full nudity scenes may be employed. Twin Feather Productions has my unconditional permission to video me, in such fashion, as discussed during the negotiation process.
8. I acknowledge that I am employed by Twin Feather Productions to take part in a tickling video. I understand that I will be tickled, without stopping, except for regular intervals, breaks, or changing of scene. Twin Feather Productions has my unconditional permission to video me, being tickled.
9. I acknowledge that this Twin Feather Production video is tickling only. I have not been, nor will I be asked to engage in sex, either vaginally or anal.
10. I acknowledge that from time to time, Twin Feather Studios may employ the use of vibrators. I acknowledge that Twin Feather Studios gives me the unconditional right to say yea or nay. While I understand that permitting Twin Feather Studios to employ the use of a vibrator may earn me a bonus, as discussed during the negotiation process, Twin Feather Studios will not deduct from my compensation, and I will still be paid in full, should I say nay.
11. I acknowledge that as a paid model/performer/entertainer, I was paid for my time and services, and seek no further payment, compensation, or royalties outside of what was previously discussed during the negotiation process.
12. I acknowledge that once the video is finished and edited, Twin Feather Studios will send me no more than 10 videos. This will be shipped via registered mail, and at the expense of Twin Feather Studios. Twin Feather Studios has provided the the right to either keep for myself, give to friends/family or sell. I am not authorized, however to duplicate the vidoes or edit them in any way, as they are under copyright protection. Twin Feather Studios will mail the said videos to me, no longer than 1 week after said video is commercially available.
13. I have carefully read over this disclaimer, and was fully explained what my role was in said video and what is expected of me, in said video, per our discussions in the negotiation process. I agree this is a legally binding document, on my part and on the part of Twin Feathers Productions. We have agreed on what my role and payment is, and I have accepted and Twin Feather Productions has my unconditional permission to begin filming.

A note from from Twin Feather Productions:
In our films, some kind of bondage or restraints are required 95% of the time. This is to keep you secure, of course, but it's also a saftey reason because I'm sure the tickler doesn't want to get whacked upside the head, or kicked in the groin. It is also for your safety as well, so you don't injure yourself, by falling off the bed/table, ect.
