There was a 'B' rated movie in the late 80s or early 90s called 'Senior Class of (at?) Nuke Em' High. About 3 minutes into the movie, the main character is looking and walking around campus and there are a group of biker type men and women attempting to have there way with a beautiful brunette. One of the things they do to her is tickle her feet. Please help?
