Pleasurable Tickling?

Anyone know of a way to make tickling MORE of a turn on for a person who is extrememly ticklish? I've tried things like tickling the sensitive area with kisses, or using soft instruments or light touches or mixing in brief tickling with massages.
 
Soap and warm water.

Try about 10 to 20 degrees above skin temperature.

Experiment with the individual to see what she likes best

(That's Farenheit, the <I>real </I> English way to measure things.)
